David Miller is a growth strategist, former CEO of PeachCap, and the founder of Alchemy of Scale—an executive coaching firm launched in 2023 to help entrepreneurs and senior leaders scale with clarity and discipline. His work centers on building organizations that grow intentionally while protecting performance, culture, and operational efficiency. Drawing on proven scaling frameworks and practical financial tools, he supports clients with strategic planning, systems implementation, and capital-expenditure decisioning—pairing leadership development with measurable business outcomes.
Alongside his coaching practice, Miller serves as Chief Strategy Officer and a board member at FlowGardens, where he has helped guide brand positioning, operational execution, and market expansion. Under the leadership team’s direction, the company has earned respected industry recognition for product quality and innovation.
Miller previously spent 15 years as CEO and Chairman of PeachCap, an Atlanta-based family office financial firm advising small businesses and high-net-worth families. In that role, he led investment strategy, client relationships, financial oversight, and team development. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at American Express and worked as a portfolio analyst with the Tennessee Valley Authority.
He is the author of Wealth Kryptonite, which connects emotional intelligence with sustainable wealth building. Active in the entrepreneurial community, he has supported early-stage companies as an angel investor and contributed to nonprofit efforts focused on practical solutions to homelessness.
